Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers (A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by post or email – to order(at)artisdo.com – by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You can also send us an email, fax, or letter, for example.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction.

Upon termination of the contractual relationship, Artisdo will delete the domain(s) and hosting space of the Artisdo artist that are not or were not transferred to a new provider, as well as the associated email accounts (including emails stored in the mailboxes).
